All deposits are made in cryptocurrency and are non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable fees are displayed at the time of the transaction.

All content, branding, software, and materials on LuminaWealth are the exclusive property of LuminaWealth and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuminaWealth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment capital. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before recourse to litigation.
